SPECIAL ARTundressed INTRO EXHIBITION IN ORLANDO…
We are only accepting ‘Drop-Off’ artworks for this exhibition. You don’t need to be a local resident. Any artist from anywhere can submit their artworks for consideration. However, you’d need to make arrangements for Drop-Off and Pick-up after the show, if your artworks were not sold at the exhibition. There is no fee to submit your artwork or participate in the exhibition.

We do not restrict artists to work or be confined within any particular or specific theme. Instead, we want every interested mind to think freely and create interesting unique concepts that translate into memorable and magical work of art. We want to see what we haven’t seen before and feel what we haven’t experienced before. In creating / submitting work, whether visual or performance art, please make sure to incorporate at the core of it the ARTundressed C.O.D.E., our acronym for CREATIVY – ORIGINALITY – DEPTH in DESIGN – EROTICISM… The fusion of these key criteria plays an important role in achieving an exceptional selection of unique artworks and talents, which in turn helps to set ARTundressed apart from other similar events. To guarantee the best outcome, the collection of art is chosen by knowledgeable art experts and curators from some of the world’s most prestigious art museums and galleries.
All submissions must be made online (No Mail-in accepted). All selected artists will be contacted with the final selection one (1) day after the Submission Deadline: November 3, 2017. The requirements are as follows:
ARTIST PROFILE: Each individual artist is allowed to create only one profile / account regardless of whether that artist has multiple businesses or entities using different names, aliases or pseudonyms. A violation of this term will result in disqualification.
FREE SUBMISSIONS: There is NO entries fee for any individual artist for all categories:
Fine Art | Photography | Digital Art | Sculpture* | Mixed Media | Art Installation | Interactive Art Presentation | Artistic Short Film and Videos | Literary Art (Poetry, Short Story)
NUMBER OF SUBMISSIONS ALLOWED: Each artist is allowed to submit up to 5 entries for consideration, with a possibility of 0 – 5 submission(s) to be selected by the jurors/curators of the art exhibition.
IMAGE UPLOADS: All uploaded images must be in either format: .jpg; .jpeg, .png, .mov, .mp3, .mp4, .mpeg4, .avi, .flv — If you are registering a short film or video, please send us the trailer or about a 2 minute excerpt / clip (a smaller size file) that will grab our attention; or you can also send us the url / link where your work can be seen virtually. If selected, we will provide you with an FTP (File Transfer) link to upload the full film/video.
RE-UPLOADS: Not allowed… All submitted entries are final and must be done all at once during initial uploads.
ARTWORK COMPLETENESS: All submitted artworks for consideration must be completed work by the time of submission.
ARTWORK READINESS: All artworks (to be dropped off) must be ‘Gallery Ready’ or ‘Ready to Hang’ with clips, and wire attached. Else, they will not be exhibited.
ARTWORK SIZE: We prefer the exhibited artworks to measure no more than 48 inches / 122 centimeters on the longest side. Therefore, the work to be exhibited should fit within a 48 x 48 inch (122 x 122 cm) square. If your work is larger, please consider making a reproduction piece for the exhibition and we will try to sell both the exhibited work and the original. However, we do make exceptions for larger artworks on case by case basis. It’s best to contact us if you have any question about your artwork size.
SIGNATURE / NUMBERED ARTWORK: All physical artworks to be exhibited must have the respective artist’s signature or stamped with the artist’s logo. Don’t forget to number limited edition work very clearly (Location is up to you, though we prefer to see artwork numbered on the back).
AUTHENTICATION CERTIFICATE: For selected artworks, if you have a certificate of authenticity for your work, it is best that you securely attached each respective certificate on the back of your artwork(s) instead of sending it/them separately. This way, you can be sure that if the artwork is sold, the buyer will end up with its authenticity paper.
ARTWORK SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions for already approved artworks into the Exhibition are not allowed under any circumstances without prior approval of ARTundressed. Unauthorized replacements will not be exhibited.
ARTWORK SALES: All exhibited artworks must be available for sale. Any exceptions to this term is on a case-by-case basis. Please price your work reasonably to sell without compromising its worth and/or your brand /name.
INSURANCE: Although we will take all necessary precautions to protect the entire artwork collection from theft, damage, and vandalism, artists must provide their own insurance against loss and damages at any given time. ARTundressed will provide limited damage and liability insurance during the exhibition days only.
NOTIFICATIONS: Artists whose artwork(s) have been selected will be notified within a day after the submission deadline.
DROP OFFS / SHIPPING: Selected artists will receive all drop-off location/time in their Acceptance Letter which will be emailed to them.
TIME ALLOCATION FOR DROP-OFFS: Participating artists will be required to drop off their selected artworks a couple of days prior to installation. That specific date will be included in your Acceptance Letter.
COMMISSIONS: ARTundressed will receive a 40% commission for all sales generated through the exhibition; 60% goes to the artist. Our preferred method of commission payment to recipient artists is with a company check. If an artist opt to receive their money via a bank transfer or a service such as Paypal, the artist will be responsible to cover all transfer fees.
GUEST PASS: All Selected Artists (in attendance) will receive 2 complimentary Weekend VIP Pass for free admission into the Exhibition. Artists who have submitted artworks and were not picked for the show will receive 1 complimentary (all-inclusive] Weekend VIP Pass if they would like to attend the event.
DEADLINE: All artwork submissions must be received by midnight on November 3, 2017
*In order to display sculpture pieces, artists must provide all appropriate display units and/or pedestals with prior approval from ARTundressed.
